The front façade is predominately brick, picking up the language of the commercial and residential façades nearby. A partial mansard roof on the northwest corner of the building abstracts the form of the residential buildings west of the site, visually connecting the neighborhood across the sunken rail line. Commercial space and parking will be located at the ground level and a roof deck on the fifth floor will provide tenants with a view of downtown Philadelphia. The building will feature a three-story mural on one side, giving the building character and integrating it into the neighborhood.
