The complex is part of a larger neighborhood of life science buildings in the area, and will support both research and amenity spaces.
CosciaMoos has teamed up with FLAD Architects, an architecture firm based out of San Francisco, and is focusing on the design and documentation of the core and shell for the laboratory and amenities buildings. Additionally, CosciaMoos’ Interiors studio will design the interior scope, with concepts focusing on the modern styling of the architecture both in the forms of the exterior and dramatic double height ceilings that make up the lobbies of both buildings.
