Originally constructed as a shoe factory in 1904, this building has been transformed into a 164 unit high-design apartment building in Philadelphia’s Loft District.

Two retail tenant spaces are located on the ground floor. The basement accommodates 28 parking spaces and is accessed by a new ramp from the street. CosciaMoos Architecture was engaged to re-design interior spaces, coordinate life safety design with exterior curtain wall documents and provide overall architect of record services for the project.
