150 Monument Road is a six-story office building in the heart of Bala Cynwyd’s business district.

To give the building a modern refresh, the renovations included updating the lower lobby and entrance. This required pushing out the current entrance wall to create a more gracious entry and the addition of an exterior glass and metal canopy to help identify the building entrance. The building’s facade was clad in new decorative concrete panels to frame the front entry and the panels were continued into the lobby for a seamless transition. A new retail space with outdoor terrace was designed to relocate the building’s cafe tenant and provide the cafe with its own exterior entrance. The interior space was completed in conjunction with Floss Barber Inc.
