CosciaMoos Welcomes Peter Levasseur as Senior Project Manager in the Healthcare Studio

Adding to its growing healthcare studio, CosciaMoos Architecture is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Levasseur, AIA, LEED AP as senior project manager. An experienced healthcare designer with more than 30 years of experience, Levasseur brings expertise in healthcare best practices as well as sustainable building methods.

A registered architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Levasseur focuses on creating healthcare environments that function efficiently, beautifully, and successfully. He has more than 30 years of experience in the architecture industry, having worked on project in multiple sectors, including healthcare, office, mixed-use and multi-family, higher education, governmental, and institutional. Prior to joining CosciaMoos, he spent more than 10 years in project management involved in numerous new and renovation building design projects. He has expertise completing projects that are high quality, on schedule, and within budget requirements for key clients within the building industry.

Levasseur is also a strong advocate of sustainable design – over his career, he served as a principal with an environmental building consulting service, built and led a green design program for a 300-person AE firm, and served as a LEED AP Trainer for the US Green Building Council.

At CosciaMoos, he will lead projects for major health systems including Nemours Children’s Health, Virtua Health, and Jefferson Health, as well as outpatient providers including Sage Health and the nationwide network of primary care clinics operated by Oak Street Health.

Levasseur is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture and his Bachelor of Building Systems. He is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
