Formerly a derelict warehouse in the East Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, this multi-family development adds much needed density to the area.

The project consists of a 4-story overbuild onto an existing 2-story warehouse, whose façade has been preserved and integrated into the new build design. There are 49 apartment units total including 10 in the second floor of the original warehouse. In addition to the added residential space, the former warehouse will include industrial space for an artist studio, a residential lobby, and limited parking.

The new overbuild is constructed of steel and concrete on metal deck slabs from the foundations to the third floor, while the upper section is framed in of wood. An expansive roof deck will allow for skyline views.
