After two years of slow leasing activity, the center city and suburban Philadelphia office markets appear to be stabilizing, bolstered by companies leasing space in trophy buildings, according to this article from the Philadelphia Business Journal. And though these companies may be leasing less space, they are designing higher quality spaces meant to attract employees back to the office.

CosciaMoos principal Sergio Coscia was interviewed for this piece about the firm’s January 2022 move to 123 South Broad Street:

“When CosciaMoos decided to move to 123 S. Broad, it took into account the building’s new bike room, conference center and roof deck, all of which had appeal as did its location above the subway. The icing was the space the firm ultimately moved into, which has 27-foot ceilings and several historical features. ‘For me, it had the right balance of character,’ Coscia said.”
