Coscia Moos Architecture was hired to design an Amenity Building for Hamilton Court. The University City apartment complex, originally constructed in 1901, is comprised of three buildings with a courtyard in the center. In later years, the courtyard garden and fountains were demolished, paved, and converted to parking. The current owners hired us to design an amenities building for the space that would accommodate retail clients on the ground floor and a fitness facility, pool, and terrace on the second floor. The ground floor is enclosed in glass, and the second floor is formed of metal and glass. The Hamilton Court Amenity Building is currently in design.
