The new Residence Hall was designed in 2003 and completed in 2006 for Goucher College in Towson, Maryland. The facility includes double occupancy rooms for freshmen and multi-bedroom suites for upperclassmen. Each floor is centered around a common lounge, kitchen and laundry facility. The 2 story entrance to the 'T' shaped building sits at the top of a sloped site along a major access path through the campus. The majority of the building's façade is clad in a natural field stone to match the other historic buildings on campus. The building forms a new, south facing courtyard which fronts the newly completed Athenaeum.
